Cruise set for Sunday arrival

MS Oosterdam visiting Samoa.

Cruise Ship, MS Oosterdam, operated by Holland America Line,will call into Apia on Sunday.
Betham Brothers Enterprises is the local agent.
The vessel is bringing to Apia 1,825 passengers and 794 crew members. Most of the passengers are from Australia, Canada and America.
Sunday will be the Oosterdam’s second visit to Samoa. It was here in October 2012.
The Oosterdam began its Cruise from Australia and is making stops in Fiji before arriving in Apia. From Apia it will sail for Pago Pago, American Samoa.
Upon arrival, the Samoa Tourism Authority will provide welcoming entertainment for passengers and crew.

Other activities planned include vendors selling various types of handicrafts as well as tours to local destinations provided by M&A Travel and Tours, the local Tour Agents for the Oosterdam.
