South Korean warship visits Vietnam

HANOI, Oct. 10 (Xinhua) -- South Korean naval ship Wang Goen carrying 306 officers and sailors arrived in Ho Chi Minh City in southern Vietnam on Wednesday for a four-day goodwill visit, state news agency reported.
During their stay, the crew will pay courtesy call to leaders of the municipal People's Committee and the High Command of Military Zone 7 and join sport activities with students of the Naval Technology High School.
The visit of the warship Wang Goen is one of the activities to celebrate the 20th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and South Korea.
